Adrianne Robinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT~200) specializing in individual and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Wake Forest and Raleigh, NC.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in solution-focused work, addiction and codependency recovery, anxiety and trauma therapies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and integrative modalities of healing. I also offer coaching in recovery, life transitions, and business. I received my Master's Degree in social work from North Carolina State University and earned my certificate in Addiction Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
My experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families on issues related to addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, compulsive tendencies, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I aid clients in understanding the core belief systems which influence their habits, choices, and behaviors and provide an environment to explore new ideas and choices to change old patterns of behaviors. I value the therapeutic process between the client and therapist, where real change is encouraged to happen. In providing a compassionate, non-judgemental, and safe environment, I help foster your own personal healing and growth through a relationship anchored in compassion, empathy, trust, and respect.
